AI Advisory & Implementation Revenue & Ops

AI systems for modern
revenue and operations teams.

SwiftReach designs and builds systems that respond to inquiries, assign work, follow up, and keep records current — inside the tools your team already uses. You own the software we build.

30 minutes. Bring one workflow. We’ll discuss where it gets stuck and whether an audit would be useful.

A Common Starting Point

From an inquiry
to a clear next step.

Start with the work already arriving: inquiries, missed calls, and open conversations. An Inbound Response System connects response, routing, follow-up, and booking so each inquiry has an owner and a next step.

Wider engagements address the other workflows slowing revenue and operations. The audit establishes what is worth fixing first.

Where the handoff breaks

Fictional service business. Illustrative, not a client result.

  1. 01
    Inquiry arrives

A phone call or web form starts the conversation.

  2. 02
    No owner is assigned

The inquiry waits until someone checks the inbox.

  3. 03
    Follow-up relies on memory

No dated task records what should happen next.

Recommended first change

One shared record, a named owner, and a response deadline. Assess the need for AI after those basics are in place.

The Pattern

Five sectors.
One missing thing.

The same structural gap sits in the same place in operations that look nothing alike — between the moment something arrives and the moment anyone owns it. Illustrative of the patterns these sectors share, not client results.

Different sectors. Different signals.
The same unowned interval.

What We Do

AI systems for revenue
and operations, built to run.

Respond to inquiries, keep handoffs moving, and make the next action visible. Our practices connect these jobs inside your existing operation.

The Framework

One system:
the Revenue Intelligence Layer.

Every engagement builds toward one thing — a layer that sits over the tools you already run and takes ownership of the interval between work arriving and somebody acting on it.

Diagnose · Architect · Implement · Optimize — the method that gets you there.

01Sees

It registers the moment work arrives

Every channel a signal can arrive through, at any hour — inbound inquiries, internal triggers, and thresholds crossed in data the business already holds. Each one becomes a single record with its origin attached.

02Judges

It reads the work against your criteria

Qualification is applied consistently instead of depending on who picked it up. What matters, what is urgent, and what requires a person are decided by rules the business sets and can change.

03Routes

It assigns the work to a named owner

With accountability and a defined time attached. Ownership stops being a function of who happened to be available, and coverage stops being a function of the hour.

04Advances

It moves the work forward

A response issued, a record updated, a brief assembled, a next step created. The actions that would otherwise wait for somebody to find the time happen as the work arrives.

05Chases

It sustains follow-up without supervision

Persistence becomes a property of the system rather than of individual discipline. Anything sensitive or unusual is escalated to a person rather than handled.

06Records

It logs every one, resolved or lost

With timing attached at each step. Leakage stops being a suspicion the business cannot size and becomes something leadership can actually read.

Three named systems, designed before they are built.

The layer is not an abstraction. It is a defined architecture the firm designs, builds, and hands over — owned by the company that runs on it.

Revenue Ops Blueprint

The architecture, agreed before anything is built — your channels, your qualifying criteria, your ownership rules, and the thresholds at which a person must take over.

Operator AI Stack

The working software that performs the six functions above, running inside the tools your teams already operate rather than in a system they have to remember to open.

How We Engage

A clear path from
diagnosis to working systems.

Start with a 30-minute AI Systems Review. Bring one workflow, the tools involved, and a few examples with sensitive details removed. We discuss the bottleneck and whether an audit is the right next step.

01 · Diagnose
AI Workflow Audit
You receive a map of the current workflow, its weak points, and a prioritized recommendation. We agree the audit scope, access, timing, and fee before work begins.
Stack Audit Workflow Mapping Opportunity Sizing
02 · Architect
Revenue Ops Blueprint
You approve the workflow, ownership rules, integrations, and points that need human review. We agree the build scope, fee, and acceptance criteria before implementation.
Systems Design Data Model Roadmap
03 · Implement
Operator AI Stack
We build in your existing accounts, test the agreed workflow and its exceptions, and train the people who will use it. You receive the working software and operating documentation.
Build & Integrate Automation Enablement
04 · Optimize
Measure & Compound
Measure response times, unassigned work, and overdue follow-ups against the starting baseline. Ongoing support and further improvements are scoped separately; you keep the system either way.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about working with SwiftReach Advisory.

Systems for inquiry response, qualification, routing, follow-up, booking, and reporting. A common first build is an Inbound Response System. Wider work connects the handoffs and internal workflows around it. We handle design and implementation, and your company owns the software.
We take responsibility for both the design and the implementation. The workflow runs in your accounts, with documentation and a handover to your team. Ongoing support is available separately.
No. We build on top of the stack you already run — your CRM, data sources, inbox, and reporting. The Revenue Intelligence Layer connects what you have; we only recommend new tooling when it clearly earns its place.
An inbound response build typically takes about three weeks. We agree the schedule against the workflow and integrations involved. Wider revenue and operations work is scoped separately, with a baseline established before measuring improvement.
We work within your environment and permissions, use established providers, and keep workflows auditable. For regulated teams we scope data access tightly and document every integration. Security and compliance requirements are part of the architecture, not an afterthought.
Teams with recurring inquiries or operational work that stalls between tools and people. There should be a clear workflow to improve and someone who can own it. If a simple tool or process change is sufficient, the audit can recommend that instead.

Get Started

Start with the number,
not the conversation.

The Lead Response Calculator sizes what the interval between arrival and response is worth across a year, using your own figures. It runs entirely in your browser — nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, and there is no form to complete. If the number warrants a conversation, book the review.
